Co-Op is a boutique staffing agency founded in 1993 by Jill Motaman, a highly respected staffing professional with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, including 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Lions Gate/Artisan Entertainment, Ticketmaster, Tribune, HBO, and TV Guide. Our experienced staff comes from the human resources departments of major entertainment corporations like ABC and Fox, as well as other established placement agencies.

Since our inception, we have focused on the entertainment industry and entertainment-related businesses, and our staff and our employees possess an understanding of the industry that no generalist agency can match.
